Job Description :

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Coaching, Mentoring, and retaining a high-performance team.
• Setting up and driving team level objectives.
• Lead and drive the Process Optimization and Automation Projects.
• Manage the monthly reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes.
• Adhere and meet financial reporting deadlines and explain variations.
• Good command on departmental / Functional Cost Center analysis.
• Prepare management reports defining key indicators and metrics and provide comprehensive variance analysis.
• Support on Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews and forecast processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functions - CFS, Business Units, GFS etc.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations to WA Leadership teams.
• Continuous development and research of accounting principles and practices including IFRS.
• Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.
• Support in audit related activities.
• Support in Ad-hoc requests.
• Drive continuous process improvement culture within group.
