Azure / Python Developer - Django / Flask

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Azure Python Developer to join our cloud engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and deploying scalable applications and automation solutions on Microsoft Azure using Python.

You will work closely with cloud architects, DevOps engineers, and product teams to build robust cloud-native applications and automate cloud workflows.

This role requires hands-on expertise with Azure services, Python development, and cloud best practices to help accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and automation scripts on Microsoft Azure.
• Build scalable and secure cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django) hosted on Azure.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure Bicep.
• Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of cloud applications and services.
• Implement security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and vulnerability mitigation on Azure.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest Azure cloud technologies and Python frameworks to continually improve solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
