We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Business Development Professional specialising
in IT services sales to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for taking ownership and
working as an individual contributor from Lead generation till closure.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company’s software solutions /
IT services
Reaching out to their target audience through cold calling / E-Mail / LinkedIn to generate leadsConducting in-depth research to identify market opportunitiesExamining the IT requirements of clients and suggesting appropriate software solutionsConducting demonstrations as and when requiredSource new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and generating appointmentsBe able to tailor pitch the products & services according to their specifications ensuringsuccessful conversion of sales
Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase salesDevelop and maintain good professional relationships with the company's main accountsand strategic partners
Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all the key businessobjectives
Prepare monthly reports and provide an effective recap of previous performance and reviewthe same
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related fieldMust be available to work in US / UK ShiftFamiliarity with the trends and developments in the Sales industryStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsHighly motivated individual
