Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Transportation / Logistics Manager to lead our grocery supply chain transportation operations in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely, reliable, and cost-efficient movement of goods from warehouses to dark stores and smart stores. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in fleet management, vendor ecosystem building, and hyper-local delivery networks to support rapid grocery deliveries (2-hour, 4-hour, and 8-hour models).

Responsibilities :

Fleet & Vehicle Operations

• Manage daily placement and utilization of dedicated and market vehicles (1109, 32 ft, Tata Ace, etc.).
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely and cost-effi cient grocery deliveries.
• Monitor and track vehicles using GPS / tracking systems; proactively resolve routing and operational issues.
