Job description

About the Role :

  • The objective of the job is to improve sales of Personal Loans through the FinTech channels through on-boarding new channels & improving productivity in the existing channels.

Responsibilities :

  • Improve the distribution of Personal Loan through partnering with top FinTech in the country.
  • Improve the sales numbers through existing & new Fintech channels.
  • Minimum 30 crore productivity per KAM is expected.
  • Tech understanding – developing new journeys through market mapping, improvement in the current journeys – best practices followed in the industry.
  • Should be well versed with the language of the lender – should have basic understanding of the portfolio terminologies.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum MBA.
  • Required Skills :

  • Candidate must have knowledge of the PL industry.
  • Must have worked with at least 1 top lender or 1 top Fintech.
  • Must know the processes followed in the industry by different lenders & FinTech.
  • Must have basic understanding of call center functioning.
  • Must be proficient in MS tools.
  • Must have good communication & presentation skills.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • At least 2+ years of experience such as Key Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Partnership Manager, Business Development Manager roles.
