Your Role at Idam

As a member of Idam’s senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, expanding markets, and nurturing a high-performing BD team .

You will :

• Strategize & Scale : Define and implement a business development strategy aligned with the company vision and market trends.
• Own the Pipeline : Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of domestic and international opportunities across energy, climate, and infrastructure sectors.
• Engage & Influence : Represent Idam in high-stakes conversations with government officials, industry leaders, and multilateral agencies.
• Lead & Inspire : Mentor a growing team of BD professionals and consultants across regions.
• Strengthen Systems : Oversee tendering, proposal development, and BD systems to ensure high-quality submissions and seamless execution.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with practice heads and domain experts to ensure a cohesive and impactful go-to-market approach.
• Track Market Trends : Stay ahead of emerging trends in energy transition, decarbonization, climate finance, and green technologies.
