What We Are Looking For

Proven expertise in delivering complex, cross-domain projects across AI, Fintech, Data, and Retail sectors.

Strong proficiency in full stack development using React.js, Node.js, Python , and modern databases (SQL / NoSQL) .

Hands-on experience in AI / ML API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph , and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) .

Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage sprints, and oversee project execution in Agile / Scrum environments .

Sound knowledge of cloud deployment and automation (AWS / Azure / GCP) with CI / CD and containerization experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full stack applications with React.js, Node.js, and Python.

Integrate AI / ML APIs into live systems, enabling intelligent automation and decision-making features.

Design and implement LangChain / LangGraph pipelines and manage vector databases for advanced AI interactions.

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability through robust design and continuous reviews.

Collaborate with data, product, and AI teams to align technical roadmaps and delivery timelines.

Manage end-to-end DevOps processes — from cloud deployment to CI / CD pipeline automation.

Stay ahead of emerging AI frameworks, tools, and LLM-based development trends to innovate within ongoing projects.

Take ownership of delivery , ensuring all projects meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.

Qualifications

6–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development with proven expertise in React.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or Django .

Deep understanding of AI / ML integration using LangChain, LangGraph, and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).

Proven experience working with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD).

Strong foundation in API design, microservices, and distributed system architecture .

Prior leadership or mentorship experience in Agile / Scrum-based teams .

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills .

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline .
