Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud, with deep technical knowledge of Salesforce development tools and frameworks.
The role demands advanced skills in Apex, SOQL / SOSL, integration frameworks, and the Salesforce security model.
Experience in ERP integrations and architectural design will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities Design & Development :
- Architect, configure, and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions for complex service operations.
- Develop scalable applications leveraging Apex (Triggers, Classes, Asynchronous Apex), Flows, SOQL / SOSL, and REST / SOAP APIs.
- Implement business processes in Service Cloud and extend functionalities to align with service operations.
Integration & Automation :
Integrate Salesforce FSL with ERP and third-party applications using REST APIs, middleware, and integration tools.Automate workflows, approval processes, and field service operations for efficiency and accuracy.Security & Governance :
Apply Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules) to enforce best practices.Ensure compliance with data governance, scalability, and maintainability standards.Collaboration & Leadership :
Partner with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and product owners to gather requirements and deliver tailored FSL solutions.Mentor junior developers and contribute to solution architecture and code reviews.Act as a technical lead on FSL implementations and integration projects.Optimization & Support :
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing Salesforce applications.Optimize FSL scheduling, dispatching, and mobile solutions for field teams.Must-Have Skills :
Proven expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) - implementation, configuration, and customization.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, REST APIs, Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future Methods).Strong grasp of Salesforce security model and data-sharing practices.Experience in ERP integration or middleware integration (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 3+ years in FSL.Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade FSL solutions in large-scale environments(ref : hirist.tech)
