Job descriptionL3-level experience Strong scripting / automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI) Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex issues without needing to hand off Provide Level 3 support for complex issues in Azure and Windows Server environments. Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune the performance of Azure services and Windows Servers. 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server administration (e.g., 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022). 3+ years of experience supporting a medium to large-scale Azure environment. Use scripting languages like PowerShell and tools like Azure Automation to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Act as an SME, drive discussions on Issues and provide technical guidance to other teams. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Azure Automation to streamline patching processes and reduce manual effort. support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and adhere to ITIL processes and service level agreements (SLAs). Adhere to ITIL-based change management processes for all patching activities, including creating and managing change records. Knowledge of network protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, VPN) and security concepts. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate. Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools. Interested to learn more about Azure Devops, Terraform skillset.
