Job Description : Zscaler Engineer (ZIA / ZPA,ZDX,DLP)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Zscaler ZIA and ZPA solutions.
• Configure and maintain URL filtering, SSL inspection, firewall, bandwidth control, DLP, CASB, Cloud Sandbox, and other Zscaler policies.
• Integrate Zscaler with Active Directory, IdPs (Okta / Azure AD), and SIEM platforms.
• Troubleshoot traffic flow, authentication, connector issues, GRE / IPsec tunnels, PAC files, and performance problems.
• Manage Zscaler App (Zscaler Client Connector) deployment and policies.
• Monitor logs, alerts, and events using Zscaler Admin Portal and associated tools.
• Work closely with the network and security teams on architecture, optimization, and incident resolution.
• Perform upgrades, platform tuning, and best-practices hardening.
• Document processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
