What You’ll Do

• Drive End-to-End Hiring : Own recruitment cycles for IT, engineering, and business roles across SaaS, B2B, and B2C clients.
• Leverage AI Tools : Use HireVox’s proprietary AI interview, matching, and automation platform to shortlist top talent 5× faster than traditional sourcing.
• Optimize Sourcing Strategies : Experiment with LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AngelList, and non-traditional channels, integrating AI to surface hidden talent.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure candidates have a seamless experience via AI-assisted scheduling, communication, and evaluations.
• Client Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, ensuring 90%+ candidate alignment.
• Talent Insights : Use data dashboards and AI analytics to advise clients on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and market talent trends.
