Role Overview :
The Product Analyst will partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate raw data into actionable insights that enhance product performance, guide roadmap priorities, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data that fuels XNeetione OS.
This role combines data analysis, business acumen, and QA mindset ensuring that every metric, dashboard, and insight stands up to the highest standard of accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Product Managers and Business Leaders to define KPIs and success metrics across the OS.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple systems and databases.
- Develop intuitive dashboards and reports (Metabase, Power BI, Looker, or Tableau) to visualize trends and product performance.
- Conduct deep-dives to identify growth opportunities, adoption patterns, and behavioral insights across users and product features.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across pipelines proactively validate data through QA checks, reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
- Perform data sanity tests before dashboard releases or product launches to confirm consistency between sources.
- Collaborate with Engineering to improve data models, schema design, and ETL logic for more reliable analytics.
- Work with non-SQL and semi-structured data sources for comprehensive insight generation.
- Support A / B testing, feature impact analysis, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Identify and document data bugs or inconsistencies, raising tickets and following through to resolution.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations that drive product and operational decisions.
- Present findings, QA results, and product performance summaries to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements :
<2 Years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis roles.Strong command of SQL (joins, aggregations, CTEs, subqueries, window functions).Proven experience with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Looker, or Tableau).Experience performing data validation, QA checks, and anomaly detection in analytical workflows.Understanding of product metrics, funnels, user cohorts, and lifecycle analysis.Ability to handle non-SQL / semi-structured data (API responses, JSON, CSV exports, etc.).Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for quick analysis and reporting.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a knack for spotting inconsistencies or data discrepancies.Excellent communication and presentation skills able to simplify complex data stories for non-technical audiences.Bonus :
