Non-Technical Recruiter (Accounts, Finance, Marketing, Engineering & Construction)

Shift timings : 6 PM -4 AM IST

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team, with a strong focus on non-technical roles across diverse industries. This role will primarily be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Drafting, and Construction Project Management .

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for non-technical positions.
• Role Specialization : Source and evaluate candidates for a broad range of roles, including but not limited to :
• Accountants, Financial Analysts, Controllers
• Marketing Coordinators, Managers, Content Specialists
• Electrical Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Drafters
• Construction Project Managers, Estimators

Preferred Qualifications
