Experience Required :

Minimum 10 years in electronic digital hardware design

At least 3 years in high-speed digital and EMI / EMC applications

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's, Honours, or Master's in Electronic Engineering

Key Responsibilities & Scope

Guide design teams on digital hardware specs, standards, and practices

Advise on high-speed testing methods and PCB layout practices

Implement advanced engineering practices; lead design reviews

Lead EMI / EMC and high-speed layout practices

Mentor and train junior engineers

Provide inputs on high-speed digital design and tech planning
