Job descriptionBuild and maintain high-quality, scalable code for AI systems Test and benchmark AI model performance Design datasets and workflows for fine-tuning and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback) Evaluate AI model responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and annotators to improve models Explore new tools, techniques, and methods to push AI performance forward Strong background in JavaScript / TypeScript (ES6+) Degree in CS / Engineering OR equivalent professional experience Experience with Node.js, React, Vue, Angular, or Nest.js Solid understanding of scalable, modular web app development Comfortable writing maintainable, secure, and testable code Strong communication skills in English Bonus : Experience with QA, testing, and Docker Fully remote – work from anywhere Cutting-edge projects – work with top AI companies in the LLM space Growth opportunity – learn and apply the latest AI techniques Commitment : 20–40 hrs / week (must overlap 4 hrs / day with PST) Contract : Freelance (contractor, no medical / paid leave) Duration : 1 month (starting next week, with possible extensions)
