Role Description

1. Attending all types of Emergency and Rescue operations for saving life and property

2. The Rescuer shall attend all type of critical work related to working at height, confined spaces, water rescue, disaster management during any

emergency in the plant with their tools and resources.

3. The rescuer shall perform their duties in all-natural disaster, manmade disaster and any chemical disaster.

4. The Rescuer shall access the site and identified the critical area related to critical working and height / confined spaces and other emergency and prepare

a master sheet and perform the risk assessment & control measures.

5. The Rescuer shall prepare the Plant Master Rescue Procedure, working at height procedure, confined space procedure and Fire & Emergency Procedure.

6. The Rescue Team shall perform Rescue Site Assessment (RSA) prior to any critical work.

7. As per the rescue site assessment, the Rescue Plan (RP) has been prepared by the rescue team and shall be signed off as per master rescue plan &

procedure with prescribed time line as well as checking & verification schedule.

8. The rescue team shall perform the Site Inspection and ensure no critical work will be performed without rescue plan at site.

9. The rescuer shall issue the Rescue Observation Report (ROR) whenever any noncompliance found on site.

10. The Rescuer team shall prepare an Annual / Quarterly / Monthly Training calendar and provide Rescue Training to shop floor employee, business

partner employees and stakeholder.

11. The rescue team has performed Rescue Mock Drill and work on self-fitness at site

12. Rescue team will provide Standby service whenever required

13. Rescuer Will able to Drive the emergency vehicle

14. Record Keeping of all activity done like (Equipment Inspection, Vehicle inspection, PPE Inspection, RSA, RP, Mock Drill, Training, etc.)

15. Weekly & Monthly Report

16. The Rescuer shall be alert and not leave the headquarter without information as the services is required any time on the duty / off the duty and odd

hours / Sunday and any holiday.

17. Rescue Team will be following the duty schedule suggested by team leader

18. In case of any emergency and pre and post work schedule in plant / emergency the duty shall be changed.

19. Support in Monthly bill submission & HR Compliance at site (if required).

20. Participate in Team activity like safety event, campaign etc.

21. Reporting of UA/UC/NM/BBS and comply.

22. Site KPI fulfillment as per requirement on site.

23. Apart from this as per Senior Authority assign the work

Qualifications

• Proficiency in rescue procedures, including confined space and height rescues
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, and experience with disaster management protocols
• Basic first aid and CPR training, with certification preferred
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work under high-pressure conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with safety teams effectively
• Relevant certification or training in safety and rescue operations is highly desirable
