The Operations Analyst will support core supply chain and procurement operations in a dynamic, cross-cultural team environment.

This role is ideal for individuals with foundational knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow professionally.

The analyst will be responsible for executing operational tasks with accuracy, supporting internal stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain functions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

Operational Execution :

Perform basic transactions such as requisition-to-purchase order (req-to-PO) and MRP runs across various tools.
Execute and manage catalog management, PO management, master data management (MDM), spot buys, and helpdesk support.
Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Create and maintain purchase orders with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Resolve discrepancies in transactional data and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure high accuracy in transactional activities and data handling.
Team Collaboration & Communication
Work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment.
Respond promptly and professionally to customers and colleagues.
Communicate clearly and articulate business language.
