Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Motion Graphics and Animation Design Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in motion graphics and animation design, developing lesson plans, creating instructional materials, and providing feedback and support to learners. The role also involves working closely with other instructors and staff to ensure curriculum alignment and overall program success.

• Key Responsibilities :

1. Deliver engaging lessons in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.

2. Teach learners to design and animate projects for social media, advertising, branding, and film.

3. Train students in industry-standard tools, such as :

4. Guide learners in creating a professional portfolio with real-world projects.

5. Mentor students on animation principles : timing, transitions, typography in motion, and visual effects (VFX).

6. Update curriculum and projects to reflect current design and animation trends.

7. Evaluate student projects and provide constructive feedback.

8. Inspire creativity and problem-solving through workshops and collaborative assignments.

1. Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2. 3+ years professional experience in motion graphics, 2D / 3D animation, or visual effects.

3. Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.

4. Proficiency with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) is highly desirable.

5. Experience in storyboarding, character animation, and video editing.

6. Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an advantage.

7. A strong creative portfolio showcasing motion graphics & animation work.

8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

9. Passion for creativity, storytelling, and education.
