About the Role
We are looking for an experienced System Design Thinker with 6+ years of hands-on UX and system design experience to craft intelligent, human-centered digital experiences. This senior role focuses on designing seamless interactions across AI-powered platforms, autonomous agents, and multimodal interfaces.
As part of a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and AI specialists, you will define how users interact with cutting-edge AI technologies. Key Responsibilities
AI-Focused UX & System Design
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for AI-powered platforms, agentic tools, and autonomous experiences.
- Translate complex AI functionalities into intuitive, explainable, and trustworthy interfaces.
Human-AI Interaction
Develop and validate interaction models for chatbots, AI agents, recommender systems, and adaptive UIs.Balance automation with user agency, ensuring transparency, ethical principles, and meaningful feedback.Visual & Interaction Design
Create clean, accessible, and scalable visual designs across platforms (web, mobile, voice, agentic).Maintain and evolve a design system supporting dynamic AI-generated content and adaptive behaviors.Collaborative & Strategic Design
Partner with AI researchers, data scientists, and developers to drive intelligent product experiences from ideation to launch.Lead user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements based on real-world data.Continuous Innovation
Stay up-to-date with UX trends for AI, multimodal design, prompt interfaces, and agent-led experiences.Champion responsible, explainable, and human-centered AI design practices.Requirements
6–10 years of UX or system design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI-related work (e.g., chatbots, recommender UIs, intelligent systems). [Include portfolio link]Deep expertise in human-centered design principles applied to AI-first products.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.Experience designing multimodal interfaces (text, voice, visual) and adaptive user journeys.Strong communication and collaboration skills across tech, design, and AI teams.Knowledge of prompt design, natural language interaction, and agent behavior flows is a plus.Preferred
Background or certification in AI, HCI, Cognitive Science, or related field.Experience in AI / ML product teams, particularly in startup or innovation-driven environments.Familiarity with ethical AI design frameworks and responsible AI principles.
