Job Summary :

We are looking for a Junior PHP Developer who is highly self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about clean, scalable code. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, especially with PHP (preferably Laravel or similar frameworks). A deep understanding of database architecture and optimization is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications.
• Lead and guide junior developers through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship.
• Optimize and troubleshoot database queries (MySQL / PostgreSQL), structures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend systems.
• Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in system architecture planning and decision-making.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
