Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on

Technical Lead

who will oversee the end-to-end development of our web and mobile applications. You will lead a team of 10+ developers, provide technical direction, and act as the bridge between leadership and the engineering team. This is a highly visible role where you’ll be the single point of contact for technical decisions, team guidance, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web and mobile developers .

Architect, design, and review scalable solutions for apps and platforms.

Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile development.

Act as the technical point of contact between leadership and the dev team.

Break down business requirements into technical tasks and guide execution.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products with performance, security, and scalability in mind.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their adoption.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

6+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a lead role.

Strong knowledge of web (JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Node.js, etc.) and mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, iOS, Android).

Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and API integrations.

Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of 8–12 developers.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have :

Experience with DevOps (CI / CD, cloud platforms like AWS / GCP / Azure).

Knowledge of AI / ML integrations and modern SaaS products.

Exposure to agile methodologies and project management tools.
