About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy transformative AI solutions for our enterprise. Your primary mission will be to lead the development of a sophisticated AI assistant for our Sourcing team using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

This is a key technical role that sits at the intersection of AI, low-code platforms, and professional development. You will be responsible for the entire solution lifecyclefrom engaging with stakeholders to understand their pain points to designing, building, testing, and maintaining the AI agent. You will integrate this assistant with various data sources, including document storage (SharePoint) and PowerApps solutions, to streamline complex processes.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) :

• AI Agent Development : Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of custom AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Solution Architecture : Assess business requirements and architect robust AI solutions, determining the best integration methods (declarative vs. custom agents) and deployment strategies.
• Integration & Extension : Develop custom connectors and extensions (using Python, .NET, or Java) to integrate the AI assistant with various applications, APIs, and PowerApps solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engage deeply with the Sourcing team and other stakeholders to understand use-cases, define requirements, and champion user-centric AI solutions.
• Responsible AI : Implement and champion Responsible AI principles and ensure all solutions adhere to strict security and data privacy practices (e.g., encryption, anonymization).
• Full-Stack Mindset : Utilize backend services (APIs, microservices) and create user-friendly interfaces where needed to support the AI solution.
• Lifecycle Management : Define and execute testing strategies, monitor application performance, and continuously optimize the AI solutions post-deployment.
• Innovation : Act as a subject matter expert, evaluating emerging AI capabilities, and demonstrating the art-of-the-possible through workshops and demos.
