Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our quality assurance initiatives. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive test automation strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our testing frameworks and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Design, implement, and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues promptly.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing tools, processes, and methodologies.
