RunLoyal, a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our engineering team.

In this role, you will build and maintain high-performance, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications that serve a growing network of customers across multiple tenants.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multi-tenant Flutter architectures , GetX state management , and Bitrise CI / CD automation , along with a solid grasp of Flutter Isolates for background task optimization.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, take full ownership of product modules, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Design and implement multi-tenant architecture with tenant-specific configurations, themes, and APIs.
• Utilize GetX for efficient state management, routing, and dependency injection.
• Integrate and maintain Bitrise workflows for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
• Work with REST APIs and handle asynchronous data processing efficiently.
• Leverage Flutter Isolates or compute() for handling performance-heavy background tasks.
• Ensure smooth performance , responsive UI , and an excellent user experience .
• Participate in code reviews , sprint planning , and feature prioritization .
• Debug and optimize performance bottlenecks , memory leaks , and UI glitches .
• Contribute to CI / CD automation , code quality standards , and team best practices .
