Role Description

Explore And More is looking for a driven Travel Sales Executive who can independently generate leads and convert them into confirmed travel bookings .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, outbound sales, and performance-based earnings . You will not depend on company-generated enquiries.

• Generate self-sourced travel leads
• Understand client travel requirements and budgets
• Pitch premium domestic & international travel experiences
• Coordinate internally for itineraries and costing
• Close bookings and ensure timely payment collection
• Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM / Excel
• Build repeat and referral business

Compensation Structure

Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000, along with attractive incentives and performance-linked bonuses.
