Key Responsibilities :

• Manage complete end-to-end financial operations of the organization.
• Ensure accurate execution of all core accounting functions in compliance with applicable financial standards.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and oversee operational aspects of the business to ensure financial health and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, HR, procurement) to drive financial planning, performance tracking, and resource optimization.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
