AI Development Specialist

Job Title

As a software test engineer, you will be instrumental in refining and training cutting-edge AI systems. Your primary goal is to adopt a user-centric mindset, generating natural and realistic data for AI development.

The role involves developing rubrics to structure and address user needs effectively. You will also evaluate AI-generated outputs by ranking, reviewing, and critiquing reasoning and problem-solving responses.

We are looking for candidates who can work across multiple projects based on their skillset and expertise.
