Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselling Psychologist based in Vishakhapatnam. The Counselling Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and developing treatment plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting counseling sessions, offering mental health support, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Additionally, the role involves participating in awareness workshops and contributing to the overall mental well-being of the employees.

Qualifications

• Skills in Psychology and Mental Health
• Experience in Counseling and providing Psychological Assessments
• Knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to mental health and well-being
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Certification or license to practice as a psychologist or counselor
• Experience in an organizational or corporate setting is a plus
