What you will do
Strategy : Work closely with the Network Expansion leadership to create a shared vision and strategic approach to Mobility in India
Planning : Build and maintain the Network Expansion funnel for Mobility and help onboard existing and new Network Participants across India
Program / Project Management : Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across the organization and ensuring our Mobility Network Participants (Buyer and Seller Apps) go live on time
Scale : Build, maintain, and communicate detailed documents to assist citylevel, state, regional, and national expansion efforts, and make data-driven decisions
Develop Relationships : Collaborate with other functional areas (Engineering, Operations, Product, Policy, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships
Execute projects : Step into operational gaps and help teams execute and bring Mobility Network participants online. Ideal Candidate
Deeply passionate about Mobility as a domain with demonstrated experience in solving Mobility problems at scale
Experience across product management / operations for products such as - Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Bikes, Autos, and Cabs across Intra / Intercity products
Diverse experience from ground / field operations to central operations and product operations
Sales and Account Management experience - Super strong, client-first account management culture
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
At least 8-10 years of proven experience (Relaxable for the right candidate)
Data-first problem solver with excellent Excel / data management skills Preferred Qualifications
Master in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent
Experience in the Mobility domain, particularly experience with a leading Mobility app in Operations, Strategy or Product teams. Consulting, or related experience is a plus
High-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred
