About the Role
We are looking for a Performance and Growth Marketing with 2+ years of experience in running paid campaigns, SEO / SEM, and user acquisition activities for our fintech app, WowPe.
This role will focus on execution , performance and growth tracking.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & User Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, OEM platforms, DSPs, affiliates, and third-party apps.
- Drive aggressive app-install campaigns focusing on CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention, and user quality.
- Manage collaborations with ad networks, reward apps, OEM app stores, telco partners, etc.
Third-Party Platform Advertising
Manage partnerships, negotiate budgets, placements, and KPIs.Track ROI and performance to ensure cost-effective acquisition.SEO & SEM
Oversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical).Manage SEM campaigns including Google Search, UAC, Display, and retargeting.Social Media & Content
Work with design teams to develop creatives, ad content, and landing pages.Manage organic + paid social presence across platforms.Analytics & Optimization
Track performance using GA4, Apps flyer / Adjust, Firebase, or Mixpanel.Analyze funnel metrics and optimize user journeys.Branding & Vendor Management
Manage agencies, creative partners, influencer teams as required.Build a strong digital presence for the WowPe brand.Requirements
5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing.Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO / SEM, UAC, OEM ads, and app-install strategies.Experience with app analytics and attribution tools.Strong understanding of KPIs like CPI, CAC, ROAS, CTR, retention, cohorts.Ability to independently handle end-to-end marketing.
