What You’ll Do

• Build, Scale and Manage partnerships with banks and financial institutions that power our credit-on-UPI stack
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new banking partners for credit, payments, and co-branded initiatives
• Negotiate commercials, SLAs, and partnership terms that create mutual value
• Work cross-functionally with product, tech, compliance, legal, and finance to make partnerships move fast
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at partner banks — product heads to CXOs
• Drive joint GTM initiatives, growth targets, and transaction volumes
• Stay plugged into RBI, NPCI, and digital credit developments — always one step ahead
• Own documentation, reporting, and communication with partners
• Anticipate issues, solve fast, and keep momentum high
