QA / QC Engineer – Construction

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience Required :

8–10 years

Salary Range : Up to ₹10 LPA

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

QA / QC Engineer

to lead quality assurance and control for prestigious hospitality and real estate construction projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and the ability to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA / QC plans aligned with IS codes and best practices.

Conduct material inspections, audits, and third-party test coordination.

Collaborate with HSE officers for safety and compliance.

Prepare detailed QA / QC reports and maintain inspection records.

Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.

Perform any additional quality-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

8–10 years of relevant experience in QA / QC (Civil / Finishes / Building Services).

Prior experience with

real estate developers or PMCs

is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and testing protocols.

Proficiency in

MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA documentation software.

Excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
