What You’ll Do :

Discover & Shape Industry Conversations : Conduct in-depth research to understand key challenges and trends in the biopharma & life sciences sectors.

Design Unmissable Conference Agendas : Use creativity and commercial insight to develop compelling event programs that address industry needs.

Engage with Industry Leaders : Build relationships with top executives, scientists, and innovators to invite them as expert speakers.

Craft Powerful Content : Write insightful conference agendas, speaker briefs, and marketing materials to position events as must-attend experiences.

Collaborate for Success : Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to maximize event impact and drive commercial success.

Be at the Heart of the Action : Travel internationally to execute and manage conferences, networking with key players in the industry.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Market Research & Analysis – Strong ability to identify industry trends and emerging topics in biopharma and life sciences.

Project & Event Management – Expertise in planning and executing events from concept to completion.

Sales & Commercial Acumen – Ability to drive revenue, manage P&L, and identify sponsorship opportunities.

What You’ll Need :

A Bachelor’s Degree in Biopharma, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

1-2 Years of Experience in conference production, ideally in the biopharma or life sciences space.

Industry Knowledge of biopharma and life sciences, including emerging trends and regulatory developments.

Strong Research & Project Management Skills to create compelling event agendas and execute successful conferences.

Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building Abilities to engage with high-level stakeholders.

A Track Record of Success in delivering commercially viable events and meeting revenue goals.

A Multi-Tasking Mindset – The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
