Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Non-IT hiring function. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including campus hiring, stakeholder management, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring in Non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding for Non-IT roles across multiple functions.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies.
Drive campus hiring initiatives including campus connects, pre-placement talks, and fresher hiring drives.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with business heads and leadership teams.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and candidate experience.
Use innovative sourcing methods including social media, networking, employee referrals, and job portals.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding while ensuring compliance with internal HR policies.
Track and present recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio).
Stay updated with industry hiring trends and competitor analysis.
Qualifications & Skills :
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Total experience should 10+ yrs and 6–10 years of relevant and strong experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Hands-on experience in campus hiring.
Strong stakeholder and business management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in an IC role with high ownership.
