Job description

The role is responsible for driving the implementation and sustainability of Total Productive Maintenance initiatives across the plant. This role ensures equipment reliability, maximizes productivity, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement by engaging all levels of the workforce.

  • TPM Strategy & Deployment :
  • Develop, implement, and lead TPM strategies and roadmaps to achieve world-class manufacturing standards.
  • Pillar Leadership :
  • Lead and coordinate TPM pillars (such as Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Early Equipment Management, Quality Maintenance, etc.).
  • Training & Coaching :
  • Train, mentor, and coach teams at all levels on TPM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement :
  • Identify and drive improvement projects to reduce downtime, increase OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and optimize maintenance costs.
  • Data Analysis :
  • Analyze equipment performance data, identify chronic losses, and implement corrective actions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and safety teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of TPM initiatives.
  • Audit & Compliance :
  • Conduct regular TPM audits, track progress, and ensure compliance with TPM standards.
  • Culture Building :
  • Foster a proactive, ownership-driven culture focused on equipment care and reliability.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing / maintenance, with at least 3 years in a TPM leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of TPM principles, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
  • Proven track record of leading TPM implementation and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in training and developing teams.
