About the Role :

We are seeking a Blockchain Developer with hands-on experience in Hyperledger Fabric to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python development, a good understanding of blockchain concepts, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain blockchain applications and smart contracts on Hyperledger Fabric.
  • Implement chaincode (smart contracts) and integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services in Python to support blockchain applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, explain solutions, and provide technical support.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize blockchain-based applications for performance and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Stay updated on blockchain trends, Hyperledger Fabric updates, and emerging best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2 years of hands-on experience as a Blockchain Developer, with strong exposure to Hyperledger Fabric.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and backend development.
  • Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cryptographic principles and secure coding practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with other blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Corda, etc.).
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools for CI / CD.
  • Exposure to frontend frameworks for blockchain application UIs.
