HighRadius is seeking a PMCoE Lead Analyst to be a pivotal force within our Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCoE). This role is not about managing individual projects; it's about defining how we manage projects . You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining the best practices, methodologies, and tools that drive maturity, consistency, and excellence across our entire project portfolio.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

1. Methodology, Standards, and Governance

• Methodology Leadership : Lead the development and continuous refinement of our standard project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and governance frameworks.
• PM Tool Mastery : Design, maintain, and own the deployment and training for standard PMCoE tools, templates, and key artifacts (e.g., Project Charter, Risk Register).
• Knowledge Hub : Own and manage the PMCoE knowledge hub (SharePoint / Intranet), ensuring all documentation, training, and lessons learned are current and accessible.
