HighRadius is seeking a PMCoE Lead Analyst to be a pivotal force within our Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCoE). This role is not about managing individual projects; it's about defining how we manage projects . You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining the best practices, methodologies, and tools that drive maturity, consistency, and excellence across our entire project portfolio.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
1. Methodology, Standards, and Governance
- Methodology Leadership : Lead the development and continuous refinement of our standard project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and governance frameworks.
- PM Tool Mastery : Design, maintain, and own the deployment and training for standard PMCoE tools, templates, and key artifacts (e.g., Project Charter, Risk Register).
- Knowledge Hub : Own and manage the PMCoE knowledge hub (SharePoint / Intranet), ensuring all documentation, training, and lessons learned are current and accessible.
2. Capability Building and Maturity Advancement
Training & Coaching : Develop and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to Project Managers on PMCoE standards and best practices.Maturity Assessment : Coordinate and analyze results from Project Management Maturity Assessments, contributing to action plans for organizational improvement.Community Facilitation : Lead the PM Community of Practice (CoP) to foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.3. Portfolio Performance and Insights
Deep-Dive Analysis : Conduct sophisticated analysis on portfolio performance data (success rates, on-time delivery, governance adherence) to identify and solve systemic delivery issues.KPI & Metrics Reporting : Develop, track, and maintain key organizational-level PM KPIs and metrics, providing clear reporting on the health and effectiveness of the PMCoE to executive leadership.Lessons Learned : Lead the formal collection and integration of lessons learned into our standard methodologies.Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), PMCoE, or a dedicated process improvement / operational excellence role.Proven track record in developing and implementing standard organizational project management methodologies and tools.Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complex project data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences.Strong experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI ).Highly Desired Certifications
PMP or equivalent (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner).Certification in an Agile framework (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe).Certification in process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt).Why Join Our Team?
