we are hiring for CRM Technical Solution Designer for one of the MNC company with INNOVA.

Job Description –

Mandatory

Well Versed with Power Platform (Power App and Power Automate & Power Portal)
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions & JavaScript
Ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs & architecture diagram
Should be proficient to provide technical solution either by leveraging OOB functionality or extending it via other technical solutions
Out of the Box functionality in all modules - Customer, Marketing

Good to have

Good to have Functional Certification

Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps)

Good to have knowledge about other platform integration (Experience with integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions or APIs)

Good communication, stakeholder management and experience of working in an Agile environment.
