Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Client Follow-ups : Regularly follow up with clients whose orders are booked and keep them informed at every stage.
- Order Updates : Communicate changes in order status such as dispatch, delivery, or delays.
- Payment Reminders : Follow up with clients for timely payments and maintain a record of dues and receipts.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of client communications, order details, and payment status.
- Client Coordination : Serve as a point of contact between the company and clients to ensure smooth communication and service.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS :
Female candidate preferredPrior experience in tele calling, CRM, or customer serviceStrong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (if applicable)Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)Good organizational and follow-up skillsA polite, professional, and persuasive attitudeBenefits
