Job descriptionCollaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and brand leads to shape and deliver Review and approve content, ensuring it meets creative and strategic standards before publishing. Lead trendspotting efforts—translate cultural moments and platform shifts into meaningful brand Monitor performance analytics; translate data into insights that inform strategy and help refine Coordinate closely with ORM and community management teams to maintain an engaging and Mentor junior team members (where applicable) and support cross-functional marketing initiatives. 5+ years of experience managing social media strategy for consumer-facing or lifestyle brands A strategic mindset with strong instincts for digital brand building and audience behavior. Experience leading planning and ideation across platforms, not just executing content. A collaborative approach—comfortable working across teams and functions to align on messaging Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a deep understanding of tone and brand Proficiency with platform tools and analytics dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Familiarity with content formats and best practices for each platform. Bonus : Experience in basic design / video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) and a strong sense of
