Key Responsibilities :
Network Infrastructure & Administration
Plan and execute network migrations and upgrades with minimal disruption.
Manage and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, and policies.
Perform routine network scans to identify vulnerabilities and maintain security
compliance.
Monitor and maintain firewalls, routers, and switches to ensure optimal network
performance.
Ensure reliable connectivity and uptime across all systems and endpoints.
Security & Monitoring
Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco Meraki Firewalls and other security devices.
Implement and manage network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and
intrusion detection / prevention systems.
Respond to and resolve network performance issues, outages, and threats.
Monitor logs and traffic for unusual behavior or security breaches.
Apply security patches and firmware updates as needed.
Ad Hoc IT Support
Assist with technical support related to connectivity, access control, and infrastructure
issues.
Provide assistance on IT projects, new system integrations, and hardware deployments.
Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and security best practices.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server
environments.
Experience with firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, or Palo Alto), switches, and VPNs.
Familiarity with network monitoring and scanning tools (e.g., Nmap, Wireshark,
SolarWinds).
Understanding of network segmentation, VLANs, and IP routing.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
