Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain PLC programsusing FBD or ST languages.
• Design and configure control systems to meetproject specifications.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshootingof PLC programs to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with Building Management Systems (BMS)including water systems, AHUs (Air Handling Units), VAVs (Variable Air Volumesystems), and other related systems.
• Integrate and manage various BMS components toensure seamless operation and communication.
• Utilize Codesys for developing and implementingPLC programs.
• Configure and optimize Codesys runtime forspecific applications.
• Maintain and update Codesys projects as needed.
• Implement and manage communication protocolssuch as BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA / DA, and SNMP.
• Ensure reliable data exchange between differentcontrol systems and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve communication issuesrelated to these protocols.
• Design and develop Human-Machine Interfaces(HMIs) for control and monitoring purposes.
• Create intuitive and user-friendly interfacesfor end-users.
• Integrate HMIs with PLCs and other controlsystems for seamless operation.
• Integrate PLC systems with other automation andcontrol systems.
• Ensure compatibility and interoperabilitybetween different system components.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensureproper integration.
