Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the operations of our MIA by Tanishq, West Delhi . The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing store performance, and ensuring excellent customer experience while maintaining operational and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership capabilities, strong retail knowledge, and the ability to deliver consistent business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, assign roles, and monitor performance to maintain a high-performing team.
- Drive sales and achieve business targets through effective team management and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and branding guidelines, maintaining a premium brand experience.
- Supervise inventory management, stock replenishment, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Plan and conduct regular staff training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and service quality.
- Oversee cash handling, financial reconciliation, and ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards.
- Support digital and online engagement initiatives, including customer interactions through the store’s WhatsApp community channel.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate preferred with 4+ years of retail management experience .Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Proven ability to manage store KPIs and deliver strong business outcomes.Strong understanding of retail operations, stock management, and financial processes.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is an advantage.
