Architectural Intern at Urbanica

Remote only

Minimum duration : 1 month

I’m looking for an architectural intern to join me at Urbanica to work on thoughtful housing projects. The role is hands-on - you'll be working on real projects, from research and site plans to 3D models and permit drawings.

What You’ll Do :

Research local zoning rules and prepare preliminary site plans for new projects.
Work on schematic designs, 3D models, building permit applications, and construction documentation of residential and commercial architecture projects.
Create high-quality architectural drawings, renders, and presentations.
Create and maintain technical documentation.

What I’m Looking For :

Bachelor of Architecture student.

Available for a remote internship of at least one month.

A thoughtful design portfolio.

Solid skills in autocad, sketchup, and adobe suite.

Attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
