Role Overview :

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can strategize, create, and manage compelling digital campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a solid grasp of social media trends, basic editing skills, and experience with tools like Canva, InShot, Premier Pro, and Ad Managers.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute effective social media strategies

Create and schedule original, engaging content

Run and optimize paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.

Design basic creatives using Canva and edit videos / photos for algorithms

Build ad funnels to drive reach and conversions

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance

Engage with communities and manage social media accounts

Stay up to date with trends, algorithms & platform updates

Collaborate across content and marketing teams

Maintain a strategic posting calendar

Requirements :

Experience managing multiple social platforms

Basic design / video editing skills (Canva, InShot, Premier, etc.)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Self-starter mindset with a growth-oriented approach
