Job descriptionDevelop testing strategies and frameworks that leverage both traditional methods and AI-assisted testing tools for maximum coverage and efficiency. Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites with AI-enhanced capabilities for regression, integration, and performance testing. Utilize the latest versions of our technology stack and think creatively to produce high-quality, reusable and maintainable automated testing solutions. Lead and foster an automation-first approach for your scrum team(s). Work closely with the product owner and scrum team(s) to help deliver high-quality automated test scripts within agreed timelines. Identify and execute automation, maintenance and improvements. Troubleshoot blocked automation scripts and pipeline execution. Guide and lead team members. Provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries. Contribute to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer-focused execution.
