Accounting and Compliance Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with bookkeeping, and the ability to handle statutory compliances and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and monthly MIS reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Conduct bank reconciliation and maintain accurate cash flow records.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.
• Validate supporting documents and ensure proper documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
• Maintain updated accounting records and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Support management in any ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
