As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and closing impactful deals. This role sits at the intersection of business acumen and technical curiosity, giving you the chance to drive real change while building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales of cybersecurity solutions, from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with CISOs, CTOs, and IT leaders to understand their pain points and craft value-driven proposals.
  • Own revenue generation, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams to deliver high performance and accountability.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise and corporate clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage key accounts with a focus on expanding business opportunities.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with vendors and channel partners.
  • Negotiate effectively to deliver value-driven outcomes for both clients and the organization.
  • Continuously optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Travel as required to meet clients, partners, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in direct cybersecurity solution sales (corporate / B2B environment).
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong background in sales leadership, strategy development, and execution.
  • Experience in revenue ownership and delivering against aggressive targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in client acquisition, retention, and account management.
  • Skilled in managing partners and vendors within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to optimize sales processes for scalable growth.
  • Flexibility to travel for business engagements.
