The Mission

As an Aonxi Video Editor, you’ll craft high-impact short-form and long-form content that fuels our brand, ads, and client campaigns - built to perform in the U.S. SMB market.

What You’ll Do

• Produce high-quality short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) optimized for U.S. audiences.
• Edit long-form videos including client stories, demos and internal content.
• Use storytelling, pacing, and design principles to turn raw footage into persuasive narratives.
• Leverage Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, and other industry-standard tools.
• Utilize AI video creation tools (Kling AI, Envato, Runway, etc.) to accelerate production and push creative boundaries.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to translate briefs into high-converting visuals.
• Maintain fast, consistent video output with tight turnaround times.
• Edit for performance - experiment, iterate, and adapt content based on results and feedback.
• Contribute to building Aonxi’s video playbook for scale and automation.
