Job description

Job Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled SAP BTP Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in SAP UI5 , CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model) , and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying modern, scalable, and efficient enterprise-grade applications that integrate seamlessly with SAP S / 4HANA and other systems.

The role demands hands-on technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and ensure code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and enhance SAP UI5 / Fiori applications with a focus on usability, scalability, and performance.
  • Build backend services using SAP CAPM (Node.js) and integrate them with SAP S / 4HANA or external systems through OData and REST APIs.
  • Develop and manage applications within the SAP BTP ecosystem, including Cloud Foundry , Destinations , and Connectivity services .
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and QA teams to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance across both frontend and backend layers.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions , and mentor junior developers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP UI5 / Fiori custom application development.
  • Strong experience with CAPM (Node.js) for backend service development.
  • Solid understanding of SAP BTP concepts — Subaccount setup, Destinations, Connectivity, and Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Proficiency in OData services , REST APIs , and JSON data handling.
  • Good understanding of MVC architecture , JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exposure to AI tools or automation frameworks for faster development cycles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :

  • Knowledge of SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) or Workflow Management .
  • Familiarity with Fiori Elements and CAPM-based OData V4 services .
  • Experience with DevOps practices within SAP BTP (CI / CD pipelines, Git integration, Transport Management).
  • Understanding of AI Agents and their integration patterns with enterprise applications.
  • Certification in SAP BTP or SAP UI5 / Fiori is a plus.
